I discovered the same thing about swimming. My PB is 3/4 mile and I do 3/8 to 1/2 mile regularly. Way to go!

PS - Are you/your husband still up for making sock blockers? Mine are a wee bit shorter than my foot. Just wondering...

Oohhhhhh I've never knitted with Classic Elite before! It's supposed to be really soft, right? Would you guess that there would be enough for a hat or two (mental gymnastics of yardage & suchlike just isn't happening in my noggin at the moment) for a 2-year old? If so then I'd adore to have your leftover Waterlily! I'll reimburse you for shipping or whatnot & everything...............

Nicole and Jenny are the ones who inspired me to add up my stash as well. And I definitely didn't add in all the little oddballs. Which means I somehow have more than 108,000 yards? I'm blaming the laceweight. Thanks for the destash tip, though. I really have to do SOMETHING!
